Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds are only accepted when the order is lost by courier or the product gets out of stock before shipping , once customer has received the product in working condition and facing any issues with the product then we provide easy exchange , Also refunds are provided instantly when package is received empty or tempered and product found missing, in such case customer must have unboxing video, refund will be provided as early as possible.

We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of defect and mention your order ID within 48-72 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof & opening video of your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exchanges 
Exchange policy is same as return policy, customer has to send us the product video at whatsapp 9099-88-7372, within 3-5 days of receiving the order. our team will inspect the product will be picked-up by our executive , if our pickup facility is not available at destination pincode then customer has to courier the item back at our address by any courier or indian speed post service. exchange order will be checked manually , packed properly and video will be shared before shipping , happy shopping.
